EVMT caught my eye with the opportunity it provides students to explore real-world sustainability issues from various perspectives. The curriculum incorporates different disciplines, including engineering, business, and even law and psychology. Courses like Green Business Strategy made me appreciate the complexity of sustainable development, and inspired me to design innovative solutions that balance environmental protection and social development. The comprehensive curriculum equipped me with the skills and courage that I needed to agilely adapt and tackle new challenges in uncharted waters. Furthermore, the EVMT experience enabled me to structurally formulate and present creative ideas on sustainable development-related issues like energy efficiency and resource conservation—skills which enabled me to shine on international stages, like the grand finals of the global case competition by Schneider Electric in Spain and the Asian University Alliance forum in Kazakhstan. The sustainable and future-oriented mindset that EVMT cultivated in me also laid an exceptional foundation for my career, helping me stand out among graduates at a time when stakeholders are becoming increasingly conscious of their sustainability agenda and are looking for talent with relevant potential.
